Obamas: beautiful and smart and well-mannered.

It's so nice to have a First Family in the White House who isn't hanging out dirty linen to embarrass the country. Well mannered folks are just so much easier to have around. They have set a demeanor that is contagious, as evident in the delighted masses of humanity not only in D.C., but literally around the world. Seeing Daddy Warbucks in a wheel chair was also a comforting site, somehow. It is very hard to see the mess they made of the country, not to mention the universe and have any goodwill towards them. They and their ilk will be going on with their lives with vaults full of filthy luker from the spoils of war and pillaging, with no thought to the American blood on their hands. Is there no justice? Thank God for the Obamas! Obamas make you feel the way you feel as a little kid after you are lost, alone and frightened and then familiar faces find you. You can feel yourself relaxing, content in the reality that they have arrived to make things all better. It's a big job, but I think we finally picked the right person to handle the job.

Today was a jubulant day. We got to see the new and brighter choices we made for President and Vice President sworn in and be reassured that this time we are getting what we voted for.
No more spoiled little mama's boys born with silver spoons in their mouths, and cocaine confidence running through their brains playing at being a big shot, smarty pants.

A man for all seasons, for all the right reasons.

Proceed with caution continued...

All these folks always act greatly mortified and insulted if you ask too many questions. They aren't called confidence men for nothing! The more confidence you have in them, the more they can get you to turn over to them. They will also ask you to encourage your friends to take advantage of the opportunity he's offering as well. There is a saying that the punishment should fit the crime. But all too often the poorer you are the harder you fall.
There has to be some public display that we can have faith in our government and the laws that guide and care for us. So, in a few high profile cases they'll send the bums to jail. "Lock 'em up and throw away the key!" The crooks at the top are often protected because of the big shots they've rubbed elbows with. Lots of photos will show up with the culprits hanging around politicians. While the politicians may have nothing to do with them, most people will glance at the photos around the office and assume that the crook runs with a pretty well-heel, influencial crowd.
And so it goes...T.
Proceed with Caution
There are scammers and charlitans hanging around trying to "help you become a successful investor." And they are everywhere, especially in places where you might let your guard down.
They have infiltrated just about every religious body, charity, private school, public school, senior citizen destination and even your own family.

SQUANDERED

As I nervously await my first social security check, hoping that all of us retirees haven't been flim flammed out of our benefits, I reflect on what brought us to this. And just who can we trust anyway. I know I didn't vote for any of the scoundrels that have so far been exposed. I just wonder why any one did. Was it the fake "holier than thou" Christian thing with a little white is right racism on the side. Was it being convinced that good old George was the kind of guy they would like for a beer drinking buddy. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. There are so many cautions out there for not doing the same stupid thing twice. Duh! Voter fraud may account for part of it, but some people actually admit to have voted for the failed administration a second time. I'm just saying...??? There has never been a time in my life when the world has been
in as big a mess as it is now. We taxpayers in this beautiful country have been robbed and hoodwinked. Our natural resources continue to be raped and squandered. All the checks and balances, rules and regulations and trust that we thought were in place to protect us are just gone. They have disipated into ignored and inoperative relics of not so long ago. All the safe havens of religion, education, and respectable behavior in a respectable society are getting lost in the greedfest.
But a new year is at hand and we have elected a new world leader who's demeanor and character appears beyond reproach. Dear God help us. We can only hope!
